Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of the present terms of service (known as "TOS") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions of availability of the site, the application and the services by JustAuthMe and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".
Article 2: Access to the site and the application
The website https://justauth.me and its application allow the User free access to the following services:
- Intermediary connection to third party websites and applications
The site and the application are accessible free of charge from anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at his or her expense. Non-member Users do not have access to the reserved services. To do so, he must register by filling out the form in the application. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User agrees to provide true and accurate information concerning his contact details, in particular his E-Mail address. To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his activation code which will be communicated to him by E-Mail at each connection.
Any User who is a registered member may also request to unsubscribe by sending an E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will be effective within a reasonable period of time. JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in a malfunction of the site, the application or the servers and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance. In these cases, the User agrees not to hold the editor responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without prior notice. The User has the possibility to contact the site by e-mail at the following E-Mail address: email@example.com](mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org).
Article 3: Conditions of registration
A person is a holder of an Account on JustAuthMe when he or she has correctly filled out the registration form and has approved these terms and conditions of use. The User agrees to provide accurate contact information. Following the creation of the User's Account, the User receives an email acknowledging receipt of the registration form and the opening of his account. Registration to JustAuthMe is reserved for persons over 18 years of age at the time of registration. Minors are allowed to register, provided that they have previously obtained authorization to do so from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). The fact that they register implies that they have obtained this prior authorization. The installation, creation of an Account and the use of the JustAuthMe application on a "rooted" or "jailbroken" phone is strictly forbidden for security reasons.
Article 4: Data collection
Article 5: Identifiers and login codes
Ownership of a JustAuthMe account is characterized by an identifier and connection codes sent by E-Mail to the User. The connection codes allowing the User to identify himself and to connect to the Services are personal and confidential. The User is solely responsible for the use of his connection codes. The Customer undertakes to keep the connection codes received secret and not to disclose them in any form whatsoever. Any attempt to substitute or any substitution of another User's or JustAuthMe employee's ID and login code is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the User is legally responsible for the use of his Account, including in the case of use of his Account by a third party. The User agrees to immediately notify JustAuthMe of any unauthorized use of his Account or any other breach of confidentiality. The User is requested never to transmit his or her login codes to a Third Party. JustAuthMe protects the User's Account, however JustAuthMe will not be held responsible for any actions taken on the Account of a User who has communicated a login code to a Third Party. In case of loss of a login code, the User can request a new one every two minutes via the services of JustAuthMe.
Article 6: Services offered
1. Intermediary service to connect to third party websites and applications
The User acknowledges and agrees that JustAuthMe does not monitor or control connections to third party websites and applications made through the Connection Intermediary Service. JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for this inaction. JustAuthMe does not guarantee that the Service will meet the needs of the Customer, nor that it will be free of interruptions, delays, security incidents or errors.
In addition, JustAuthMe does not guarantee the results that may be obtained using the Service, nor the accuracy or reliability of the information acquired through it. JustAuthMe does not guarantee that defects in the Service will be corrected. JustAuthMe reserves the right to limit the number of connections and third party services per Account. JustAuthMe assumes no responsibility for the deletion or failure to store the connection history or Account profile on the User's mobile device.
2. E-Mail Support
The User who has an Account and who has accurate contact information is authorized to use the E-Mail Support service allowing him/her to communicate with a member of the JustAuthMe staff. The E-Mail Support is a technical and commercial service. The User undertakes not to open several discussions on the same subject. There is no fixed waiting period for a response to an E-Mail.
JustAuthMe is under no obligation to respond to an e-mail within a given time. Support by E-Mail allows to solve technical or commercial constraints related to the User's own services.
3. Discord Server
Article 7 : Availability of services
The User declares and guarantees that he or she is fully aware of the characteristics and constraints of the Internet, and in particular that data and information transmissions on the Internet only benefit from relative technical reliability, as they circulate on heterogeneous networks with diverse characteristics and technical capacities, which disrupt access or make it impossible at certain times. The User acknowledges that any site may be subject to unauthorized Third Party intrusions and be corrupted as a result, and that the information circulating on the Internet is not protected against possible hijacking, against possible viruses and that all communication is made at his own risk.
JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for accidental or voluntary damages suffered by the User and caused or not by Third Parties. In general, the User is informed of the particular risks linked to the specificities of the Internet and networks, and in particular of the fact that information relating to personal data concerning the User may be captured and/or transferred, particularly in countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
The User is also expressly informed of the practices that develop on the Internet, outside the control of JustAuthMe, and in particular from countries other than France. The User acknowledges and accepts these risks.
JustAuthMe makes every effort to maintain all its services 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, but is under no obligation to do so. It is reminded that JustAuthMe can terminate or modify the characteristics of its Services at any time. JustAuthMe is in no way responsible for damages caused to the User or any Third Party.
In addition, JustAuthMe does not guarantee that the https://justauth.me, the servers that provide access to it, and/or Third Party sites that have links from JustAuthMe, are free of viruses or other components that may cause damage to property or persons.
In no event will JustAuthMe be held responsible for any loss of data or any deterioration related to this data. Any information or advice provided by JustAuthMe should not be construed as a warranty of any kind. The User cannot assign all or part of the rights and obligations to a Third Party. The User is prohibited from subletting, and/or making available to a Third Party in any manner whatsoever, all or part of the JustAuthMe Services.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright. Any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents in a strictly private context or for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly forbidden. Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, would constitute an infringement punishable by Article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Article 9: Limited liability
The sources of the information published on the site https://justauth.me are reputed to be reliable, but JustAuthMe does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. The information provided is presented for general information purposes only and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication. Similarly, JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained in this site. JustAuthMe cannot be held responsible for any viruses that may infect the Internet user's computer or any other computer equipment, following use, access or downloading from this site. The site cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
Article 10: Hypertext links
Hypertext links may be present on the site. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, he or she will leave the https://justauth.me website. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for their content.

Article 12: Non-compliance with the TOS
In case of non-compliance with any of the stipulations of the present TOS, either at JustAuthMe's discretion or if JustAuthMe becomes aware of a claim, JustAuthMe reserves the right to suspend the User's access to his JustAuthMe Account without delay and without any formality, without prejudice to any damages for JustAuthMe. The User guarantees JustAuthMe against any recourse and/or which could hinder the operation of JustAuthMe, and/or which would require any sums of money from JustAuthMe in particular for the use of the Services.
When JustAuthMe receives a complaint, it informs the User, by any means at its convenience, who undertakes to act diligently to respond to any complaint. The User will hold JustAuthMe indemnified at all times on first demand against any action, proceedings, complaint, demand, legal fees, expert's fees, tax fees, sums judged, damages whatever their origin, direct or indirect, and any advances made, related to the User's failure to comply with any of the commitments defined herein and/or the use of the Services.
In the event of a legal request and/or claim, it is reminded that JustAuthMe may be required to provide and/or store any information that JustAuthMe has concerning the User and/or the Service.
Article 13: Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of an amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. For any question relating to the application of the present TOS, you can contact the editor by E-Mail at the address email@example.com.
Article 14: Translation
The French version of the present Terms of service is the only one applicable in case of any dispute. This English translated version exists for information purposes only and has no legal application.
